send Buzzcasts to, and might be available to site users searching public when you

The Registration Process

own unique identification as a site visitor/services user and enable us to undertake

that you keep this identification safe and secret to avoid unauthorized use of your
account, as you are responsible for your account and how it's used. BuzzMyGoat cannot
be held responsible if someone you know discovers your password and uses your account
to buy or send messages. If you receive unauthorised billing messages to your mobile,
contact us immediately and we will
reset your password.

Information Collection and Use by

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself
(e.g. name and email address etc) in order to receive or use services at BuzzMyGoat.
Such services include newsletters, competitions, "Alert Email", and BuzzMyGoat membership.
By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable BuzzMyGoat and its
service providers to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide
such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this
policy. Our services are designed to give you the information that you want to receive.
BuzzMyGoat will act in accordance with current legislation and aims to meet current

Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members
|

BuzzMyGoat members can invite friends to join the service by sending invitation
emails via our invitation system “Tell a Friend”. BuzzMyGoat.com stores the email
addresses that members provide. BuzzMyGoat does not sell these email addresses or
use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders
(up to three (3) per email address). Recipients of invitations from BuzzMyGoat may
contact BuzzMyGoat to request the removal of their information from our database. |

What is a cookie and how we use them
|
|
When you enter a site your computer will automatically be issued with a cookie.

content anywhere on or to BuzzMyGoat or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour
on BuzzMyGoat, and BuzzMyGoat considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated,
BuzzMyGoat can use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop
such behaviour. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer,
school, e-mail provider, or in extreme cases the police or legal authorities, about
the content and your behaviour. |

BuzzMyGoat.com member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. BuzzMyGoat
takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. We
use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our
database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need
access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and
technical staff. Please note that we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of
member account information. Unauthorised entry or use, hardware or software failure,
and other factors may compromise the security of member information, though we do

Your registration details are very important - please keep your Buzzword and Buzzname
secret. It is better for other users to register separately than to share your account
